CREATIVE RESET RETREAT IN SPAIN
It begins by slowing down.
You arrive in a raw, rugged landscape where there is nothing to achieve and no one to impress.
Nature sets the rhythm, days unfold simply, and the nervous system gradually softens.
Through movement, sound, shared meals, and time in the land, the pace shifts from performance to presence.
Over four nights, space opens to witness your own process and that of others with compassion and ease.
Where effort softens, awareness returns to the body, and authenticity quietly emerges.

Creative Reset Retreat
in Southern Spain
From 13-17 May 2026, we welcome you to a 4-night Soothing Creative Reset Retreat in Spain, held at Andalusia. This immersive retreat blends meditation, mindful movement, creative exploration, nature, communal dinners, and evening sound rituals into a grounded and restorative experience. It is an invitation to slow down and step into a different rhythm, supported by land, space, and intention.
In today’s wired, fast-paced, and digitally driven lifestyle, the creative nervous system often becomes overstimulated and depleted. Chronic tension, scattered attention, and a diminishing sense of real connection can quietly take hold. This retreat offers space to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect through practices that support nervous system regulation and sustainable recovery.
Drawing on scientific research and proven tools, the retreat is grounded in mind-body practices including meditation, breathwork, conscious movement, and sound immersion. These practices are designed to restore clarity, presence, and inner balance without strain or performance.

MEET THE FACILITATORS

Vanine Najaryan
Vanine is an experiential designer, artist and sound practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of space, nervous system regulation, and creative expression. With a background in interior architecture, versed in crafting holistic immersive experiences and over a decade of international practice, she understands first-hand the intensity and exhaustion that often accompany high-performance creative work.
After moving through her own creative burnout, Vanine spent years exploring, testing, and refining practices that support regulation, presence, and sustainable creativity. Her approach blends sound healing, and sensory design with research-informed tools for nervous system reset, shaped by lived experience rather than theory alone.
This retreat is a direct expression of that journey. A space she once needed herself, now held for others. She will be facilitating the creative workshops and sound rituals.

Constanze Häring
Our body is a masterpiece.
Through her work, she shares a deep love and gratitude for ourselves and for all the organisms that surround us.
During this retreat, she will be facilitating the Pilates and mindful movement sessions, offering dynamic and energetic practices that support both physical vitality and embodied awareness.
Through her diverse training and continued education, including dance and sports pedagogy as well as sports therapy, she brings well-founded specialist knowledge into her sessions. She is highly experienced in guiding participants through physical processes, supporting them in bridging cognitive understanding with personal body awareness and intuition.
Through conscious movement, participants learn to understand the language of the body and can step by step come into closer, more honest contact with themselves and the world around them.
TESTIMONIALS
"I’ve had the privilege of witnessing Vanine’s practice over the years. What she offers comes from lived experience and that depth is felt in the way she holds space. Her work sits at the intersection of sound, space and nervous system regulation. There is a sincerity and personal devotion in her approach that makes her sessions feel intimate and intentional. A space she once needed for herself and now thoughtfully offers to others.
I’ve also had moments in Vanine’s sessions (like a five-senses journey or working with tuning forks and singing bowls) where I felt immediately calmer and more present, with my nervous system settling."

"What I particularly like about Conny’s classes is her competent and sunny way of teaching and guiding. Conny not only keeps an eye on the group and its dynamics but also on each individual. There is no “frontal teaching” here; instead, there is continuous guidance in movement and mindfulness. Conny’s instructions are very vivid and imaginative, which makes it much easier to perform the exercises correctly and avoid incorrect movements or strain. This is very important and helpful for me, especially since my back is no longer in perfect condition. In addition, her open nature and creativity simply make the classes fun and joyful :)"

"One of my favorite gong sound bath sessions. The journey moves through such a wide sensory range. At times it feels like floating in a calm ocean, and at other moments it turns raw and alive, like the presence of wild animals.
It feels real, deep, and genuinely nourishing!"

"I attended Vanine’s sound sessions several times over the course of two years, and I also participated in one of her workshops. Each practice is different, and every time I explore new dimensions of sound meditation depending on my own inner state.
Vanine is always very attentive and treats each participant with great care. I especially appreciate how sound meditation expands the boundaries of perception and allows for a deeper immersion into one’s inner world. With Vanine’s sensitive guidance, the sessions create space to explore feelings and consciousness on a deeper level.
And the most wonderful part is the profound and gentle relaxation of both body and mind that always follows."

"Conny teaches with so much energy and joy. The classes are varied and challenging, but never overwhelming. As a participant, you benefit from her enormous expertise and leave the class feeling motivated and with a good sense of well-being."
Uta
"The movements in Conny’s class are unusually multifaceted, and the music perfectly matches my taste: rhythm-driven world music, especially from Africa. Most importantly, the class helps relieve tension in my neck and shoulder area more effectively than any previous courses I’ve attended. Conny also has a wonderful way of making everyone feel welcome and included. I can recommend Rhythm & Move 100%."

Each morning begins with mindful movement and Pilates-based sessions, anchored in breath and embodied awareness. These practices are designed to gently awaken the body, improve mobility, and restore connection to physical sensation.
Through precise yet fluid movement, participants release accumulated tension while strengthening inner awareness, trust, and body intelligence. Morning sessions set a grounded tone for the day and support sustained energy without overstimulation.

Daytime.
Free Time, Creative Workshops & Nature
Early afternoons are intentionally unstructured and dedicated to rest and integration. Time is offered for doing nothing, journaling, quiet conversation, or wandering in the garden, relaxing by the pool or exploring the nearby mountainous landscape surrounding the retreat centre. This spaciousness allows the nervous system to downshift and recalibrate.
Late afternoons invite creative exploration and embodied practice. Guided workshops use sight, rhythm, movement, and sensory attunement to reconnect participants with their creative field. One afternoon includes a guided movement hike through the surrounding landscape, while another focuses on creative prompts that support fresh perception, emotional processing, and intuitive expression.
Food is treated as an essential part of the retreat experience. Participants are served three nourishing meals per day, prepared from local organic produce with care and intention.
Meals are designed to support digestion, clarity, and grounded energy. Shared lunches and dinners become natural moments of connection, presence, and conversation, where stories unfold organically and community deepens without effort.

Sound Rituals
Each evening concludes with sound rituals and listening-based practices. Through resonance, vibration, and intentional sound immersion, the nervous system is gently guided into deeper rest and integration.
These sessions support emotional regulation, creative processing, and restorative sleep. Evening sound rituals offer a quiet closing to the day and help anchor the experiences of movement, nature, and creative work.
Inspired by Moroccan aesthetics, the property is designed to evoke calm and inward focus. Water is a central element throughout the space, with an interior meditation pond featuring lotus flowers, fish, and fountains, as well as an exterior pond with a shaded gazebo that invites quiet reflection.

This private and discreet sanctuary combines natural beauty, tranquillity, and refined simplicity. The layout is organised around a central cloister, with 10 bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms arranged harmoniously on both sides.
Interiors are minimalist and thoughtfully curated, prioritising comfort and clarity.
